COVID-19

Dear Clients and Friends,

We at Equity Legal, LLP are reaching out to assure you that our Firm stands ready to provide a seamless client experience during these challenging and uncertain times arising from the COVID-19 virus. Our highest priority is the health and well-being of our people, our clients and their families. We are closely monitoring the latest advisories from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and are doing our best to help “flatten the curve” to help minimize the effect of this pandemic. To that end, we moved immediately to implement a contingency plan to serve our clients regardless of location and will continue to adjust our operations and policies accordingly.

Currently, we remain open for business and are continuing to work hard for our clients while operating primarily remotely.  Our downtown office remains open with select staff on-site only to the extent necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and our community. Due to our Firm’s technology infrastructure that supports virtual operations across our entire practice, we remain fully equipped to handle the challenges that lie ahead in this constantly and rapidly developing situation. Moreover, we have the ability to video conference and share screens utilizing the latest in conferencing software for our client consultations. When requested, our staff can setup a virtual meeting with you and provide a call-in number and link to utilize video and screen sharing. This can be done from any phone or computer.

All to say, we do not anticipate this change impacting our ability to deliver the high level of service that we take pride in offering to our clients and will continue to do so as we work through these unprecedented times. Communication and transparency are critical, as we are in this together and fully committed to delivering the results you expect of us.

We appreciate your confidence in Equity Legal’s ability to continue to serve you.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
