Ms. Vidauri earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of La Verne College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Vidauri focused her studies on corporate law, specifically for public corporations including SEC reporting and corporate and securities compliance matters. During law school, Ms. Vidauri became a board member of La Verne’s Law Review and the President of the Society of Legal Studies and Business.
Ms. Vidauri then earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola, her studies emphasized transactional coursework including Corporate, Partnership, Mergers & Acquisitions, International, Property Transactions, and Gift & Estate tax.
Prior to law school, Ms. Vidauri earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of California, Riverside. While at UC Riverside, Ms. Vidauri obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate (DRE Salesperson Number 01924032) where she began her growth in developing practical entrepreneurial business experience.
