During law school, Ms. Vidauri became a board member of La Verne’s Law Review and the President of the Society of Legal Studies and Business.

Prior to law school, Ms. Vidauri earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of California, Riverside. While at UC Riverside, Ms. Vidauri obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate (DRE Salesperson Number 01924032) where she began her growth in developing practical entrepreneurial business experience.

Saying they did a great job on my case would be an understatement. This firm walked me through some of the most difficult times of my life and I was happy I found them when I did. Even after my case was settled they maintained communication to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Their service and customer service was priceless.
Equity Legal did what two other attorneys before them couldn’t do and that was to take a bankruptcy, pending foreclosure, mortgage lien, an uncooperative title company mess and unravel it all. They found an extra $10,000 the title company wasn’t telling us about. That was a bright spot for sure. It allowed us to walk away with nothing but oweing nothing. It sounds ridiculous but ultimately they forced the lien holders to take a $200,000 payment, while at the same time had to force the title company to turn over the money to the lien holders. Anyhow, I don’t want to go into a ton of details, Equity Legal did a good job, they were affordable and kept me informed of what was going on and that’s what’s important. In the end they put a stop to what was a horrible situation and I am greatful for that.

I had been approached from a utility company to put an underground easement on my property with a phone call one day. The person who called me said it was really easy and that they wanted to meet me right away to notarize and sign a document with them. I did not feel comfortable and didn’t realize all the ramifications a utility easement would have on my property. I asked the utility representative if I should have a lawyer review their proposal and he said I do not need to involve lawyers. That is when I really felt uncomfortable and looked online for a San Diego County easement lawyer and found the Equity Legal LLP website. I filled out the intake form and a person emailed and called me shortly after and set up a phone appointment with Luiey Haddad. Luiey called me and was very helpful on the phone explaining the ramifications of an easement and how he could review documents and help and what to be concerned about and what legal fees would cost for a retainer. The utility company as since notified me that they are not requesting an easement on my land, however there are still some issues with vacating an old line once they put in the new underground line on a neighboring property that I might have Luiey review for me. I really appreciate his feedback to help put in context what my land owner rights are.
