Mr. Haddad has a successful track record representing high-profile clients in state and federal courts, including government officials and large national corporations.
Mr. Haddad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington, and later earned a Legal Master’s degree (LLM) in federal trial advocacy from California Western School of Law. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Chamber of Commerce, and the National Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he is a licensed real estate broker with the California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE Broker Number 01756771). Mr. Haddad has been recognized as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Attorneys and as a Top 40 attorney under 40 for his exemplary qualifications as a trial lawyer.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Haddad is an Instructor of the Managing Project Quality, Negotiations, Contract, and Procurement course at the University of San Diego. He also volunteers as an attorney-coach for the San Diego High School Mock Trial Team Competition, where he coaches high school students in the skills necessary for success in trial law and in life. Furthermore, Mr. Haddad mentors aspiring students through the Pay It Forward Mentoring Program in San Diego County and is an active San Diego Bar Association member.
